Intelligena is operated by Intelligena LLC, a California limited liability company. These are the documents that govern your use of it.

Terms of Service and User Agreement Rewritten in full. Intelligena LLC is a software company. We charge our own customers a subscription fee for access to our software.

Where our software helps a customer take a payment from their client or learner, that payment is processed by Stripe directly into that customer’s own Stripe account. Intelligena is not a bank, a money transmitter or a payment facilitator, and we never take custody of, hold, or pay out funds belonging to our customers or to their clients. Where a platform fee applies to such a payment, it is disclosed in advance and collected by Stripe at the time of the charge; we receive nothing else from it.

Card details are collected and stored by Stripe. Intelligena does not receive or store complete card numbers.
