What we sell
Two apps, and what they cost.
Yoshuko and Practiceful are subscription software for independent professionals. Both are onboarding by invitation, and both have published prices you can read before you talk to anybody.
Both of these started as one person's afternoon of paperwork that should not have taken an afternoon. They are subscription software for independent professionals, they are onboarding new customers by invitation, and they are changed most weeks by what the people using them tell us.
By invitation
Yoshuko
Teach a course without the busywork.
$29 / $79 / $199 a month
Three plans. A platform fee of 5%, 3% or 2% by plan applies to what a creator sells, and is collected by Stripe at the moment of the sale. Storage beyond the plan is $5 per 100 GB.
For independent teachers, tutors and small training providers who would rather be teaching than administering.
Build a course, run a cohort through it, and let the marking, the register and the reminders take care of themselves. The AI drafts; you always have the last word before anything reaches a learner.
- Lessons, quizzes and assignments in one editor
- AI-assisted marking against your own rubric, always yours to change
- Attendance taken from a photo of the room
- Cohorts, schedules and a gradebook that fill themselves in
- Sell a course, or give it away, in a few clicks

Practiceful
Run your practice from one screen.
$19 a month
One price for the whole practice, everything included, plus $7 a month for each additional provider. No setup fee and no per-client charge.
For therapists, coaches and other solo practitioners doing their own scheduling, notes and invoicing between appointments.
Clients, sessions, notes, invoices and your public website in one place, so the twenty minutes between appointments is enough to keep on top of everything.
- Booking and availability that respect the way you actually work
- Session notes dictated in the browser, never sent anywhere to be typed
- Invoices, payments and superbills without a second system
- A website you can edit yourself, with no separate builder to learn
- Built with HIPAA obligations in mind from the first week

What being invited means here
Said plainly, because every company uses these words to mean something slightly different.
- You are invited, not queued. We onboard a limited number each month so every one is set up properly, and we will tell you where you stand rather than leaving you on a list.
- The first twelve months are on us, on the entry plan, with no card required to start — so there is nothing waiting to renew at the end of it. After that it is the published price, and you will hear from us well before then.
- It is early. You will find rough edges. Telling us about them is the whole point, and it is the fastest way to get something changed.
- Your work is yours. You can export it and take it elsewhere whenever you like, and we will not train anything on it.
- We will tell you before anything changes that affects you — including if we decide to stop.
Questions before you commit?
