Intelligena designs and builds software for people whose work depends on it behaving. We are small, we are independent, and we would rather be useful than impressive.
About Intelligena
We started from a plain observation: most software is not hard to build, it is hard to use. So we put usability first and treat it as engineering rather than polish: clarity, speed, accessibility, and a control that does what it looks like it does. We experiment first-hand before anything ships, and we apply genuinely current AI technology to problems it actually fits, rather than bolting a chat box onto whatever we were already building. Being independent means we answer to our users and our own standards, and a small team that owns its roadmap can hold a line like that.
How we work
- Every screen is tested by real people before it ships, and what they struggle with changes the design, not the documentation.
- We build the thing, use the thing, and fix the thing, in short loops, so what reaches a customer has already survived daily use.
- AI is a tool we reach for when it makes the work better, with the context of the screen and the task built in, never as a decoration.
