Subprocessors
Intelligena LLC, a California limited liability company engages a small number of third parties to help deliver Intelligena. Each is bound by a written contract that limits it to processing on our documented instructions, requires appropriate security measures, and imposes confidentiality obligations no weaker than our own.
1. Categories of subprocessor
| Function | What it may process | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Infrastructure hosting and compute | All data, at rest and in transit | United States |
| Object storage and content delivery | Uploaded files, media, exports and published assets | United States |
| Payment processing | Name, email, billing address, card details (we never receive the full card number), transaction records | United States |
| Transactional email delivery | Recipient address, message content and delivery metadata | United States |
| SMS and voice delivery | Telephone number, message content, delivery metadata | United States |
| Machine-learning model providers | Only the content submitted to an AI feature at the moment it is used | United States |
| Error monitoring and observability | Diagnostic and log data, which may incidentally contain identifiers | United States |
| Domain, DNS and network security | IP addresses and request metadata | Global edge network |
2. Our commitments
- Every subprocessor is engaged under a written contract imposing data-protection obligations at least as protective as those we owe you.
- No subprocessor is permitted to use your content to train its own models, and our model-provider contracts prohibit it expressly.
- We remain responsible to you for a subprocessor’s performance.
- We assess each subprocessor’s security posture before engaging it and periodically afterwards.
3. Getting the current named list
The current schedule naming each subprocessor, its role and its location is provided on request to privacy@intelligena.com, and is attached to any Data Processing Addendum we sign with you.
4. Changes
We may add or replace a subprocessor. Where you have a signed Data Processing Addendum with us, we will give the notice that addendum requires before a new subprocessor begins processing, and you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. Where you do not, the version and date at the top of this page record when this notice last changed.
